Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the account suspension. The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions on an account. We recommend to
contact our enforcement team in order to file a case review. They can be reached at their website,

Xbox Enforcement Team. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team.

Sounds like it's a temporary suspension, then as the title implies it's only temporary and the account will have it's privileges restored once the suspension is over.

When XBLPET issues an enforcement action, an
email message is automatically sent to the address associated with your Xbox Live account. If you are using a child account, an email is also sent to the Microsoft Account associated with your parent or guardian. Each
email message explains that the account was subject to enforcement action and links to pages that provide additional information. (You may also receive a notification on the consoles messages)

(Tap the Xbox home button in the middle of the control>scroll to the right till you see Messages/Communication> then you can review any messages you see.)

I am disgusted rhat i have spent the past 90 minutes trying to speak to someone.

My son has been suspended and we dont know why he is 10 years old i want to know for what reason! You have no contact numbers available or give any explanation this is a joke!

I received an email and checked it out. Just says 1 day suspension with no contest allowed but doesnt say why

I am struggling to see conversation history.

Logged on and all i can see is a 1 day suspension that cannot be contested.

Not looking to contest, just want to know what hes done or supposed to have done.
