XBOX Live suspension for 24 hours

Hi, I have been a loyal XBL customer for 15+ years. Yesterday after a game of NBA 2k18 I received a message from a player called RowSkillZ313 calling me garbage(that was the first message of this whole exchange). The whole exchange is still in my messages,
but and I told him to grow up and stop acting like a bitch over one game. At the of the day, I got banned for 24 hours and he was the one who messaged me first.

So now I have a rep complaint and no one form Microsoft is explaining to me why that is. All I want is for someone to tell me why I was banned when he messaged me first. Then to give me a ban, someone who has been with Microsoft and have no history of being
abusive, quitting or any negative behaviors in the 15 years of me being online, is ridiculous and disrespectful to a loyal customer. All I want is form someone form Microsoft to explain this to me and I cannot get in touch with no one from Microsoft Enforcement
team. I am more than happy to have them contact me via email phone or text. I just need an explanation. I cannot even dispute it on the enforcement website. I don't care if its for 24 hrs. its the principle of someone attacking me first and I get banned, My
7 year old son also plays Fortnite on my account and now he cant play today and I have to explain to him why,

Suspension for 24 hours?

Since it's a 24 hour suspension, there would be no way to submit a case review (contact the enforcement team).

So was just playing gta 5, and got disconnected from my game. After awhile i got a message saying "xbox enforcement"

I can play all my games but not online, and following the links ive got a 24hr ban for cheating?

Is there any way to find out what i did, as fair as im aware i haven't been "cheating".

This isn't a moan or a dig at ms, i just would like to know if/what ive done so i dont end up doing it again.

For information about your suspension, you would need to go to http;//enforcement.xbox.com It doesn't matter how a situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished.

Also the suspension applies when you sign back in to Xbox Live. You can appeal the suspension if it's longer than 24 hours through the website as well.

The problem started the 1:42:53 am and wont lift until 5:42:53 am that's 28 hours just for future reference, But I understand that there isn't anything you guys can do aside from the enforcement team do you guys have a suggestion to how I can inquire more
information about the matter or at least be compensated, i am feeling that i have been wronged to go from flawless record to one day suspension and nothing provided such as a chat log or dates of complaints and I can't inquire anyone about the situation.

It will be a 24 hour suspension.There's no such thing as a 28 hour suspension,which is why you are not eligible for a case review.

Any report has to be investigated which takes time,your suspension would be for something you did weeks ago or even longer.

Support have given you the wrong info,something they do a lot when it comes to enforcement enquiries.

No one on the forums can help with anything enforcement related other than pointing you to the enforcement site.

You will just have to wait out the suspension.

I was told by xbox live support to use this because they have no way for me to contact the enforcement team and since I cant make an appeal even though it meets both the requirements of being longer than 24 hours and within the last 12 months this causes
a problem.
