Xbox live suspended till when?

Hey, I've recently got back on my Xbox and it says that I'm suspended but when I go to the enforcement page I have no enforcement actions. I was wondering how long I'm suspended or if my console is bricked. I'm not able to play online or Message friends.
I am however able to browse the store and use apps. If someone could get back to me I would really appreciate it.

Enforcement actions not showing

Hi I was suspended till June 19th I notice my account shows that im suspended but its don't show no suspensions..and I contact Xbox live support and found out im suspended till September 15th

nope, nothing can be transferred from account to account including remaining live, MS points, and game score. if you are only suspended you will still be able to use them when it lifts. now if you are banned (or suspended till 12/31/9999) you loose any
remaining points you had on that account.

i was told 1pm today and when i checked my account at 2 pm it said it was suspended till 813pm

The fact is that, when I stopped using Xbox live, I was not suspended and I didn't log in on any device till, well, till yesterday!

I dug up all of my email on outlook (I don't use it very much so all the mail from years ago were still there) and I have all the mail microsoft sent me (about promotion, rewards program etc...) but there is no email that mention a suspension or anything
like that...

I'm starting to think that it may really be a bug/glitch due to the fact that the Xbox app is still in beta testing...

Check your account at
https://billing.microsoft.com and it should show you a balance you owe. What probably happened is that when it was time for your account to renew they did try to charge your card, but weren't able to. So technically it did renew for another year which is
why you see that end date, but they haven't receive any money for it yet so the time is suspended. Once you pay off the balance you can get back online, but you may have to check with billing to see if that will still be the date the gold ends or if the date
will change.

You cannot use a prepaid gold card until you pay off the balance. You can add another payment method like Paypal or another credit card to pay off the balance then you can remove the expired card and turn off auto-renewal.

If you have any other questions, call support and talk to billing. They can give you better details and can help you sort out the issues.
