Xbox Live Supsension

Dear Xbox community,

I have been suspended for 2 weeks, due to a message which included a spelling error.

This error got me banned. I tried to spell something to this person in a message, and I sent it, and saw that it was a swearword.

This wasn't on purpose. The person I sent the message to, reported me and got me banned.

Can I get unbanned?

My account was suspended for something an Microsoft doesn’t feel it’s worthy or relevant to explain why?? Why don’t you discuss things with paying customers before doing something stupid like suspending them. My friends and I have now been suspended on several
occasions for no reasons given. With this highly flawed and failing system it’s no wonder you have lost thousand six of players to PlayStation. Get your **** together Microsoft.

There is also thousands of players that follow the code of conduct which can be found here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct That do not get banned ever in all the years that they have played xbox

Thats all you have to do is follow that code of conduct and you wont have to worry about being suspended.

If you feel that you were suspended for no reason you can file for a case review by going to the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com

At least with microsoft they give you a chance to appeal your suspension with Sony they suspend your account and dont give you a chance to appeal it. As can be read in their FAQs here Bans and suspensions on PlayStation Network

You may not be eligible for a case review. Not all bans are. Or I would try a different browser just in case. Otherwise you will just need for the ban to lift. There is no other way to contact enforcement.
