Xbox live supporting discrimination

My old gamertag was BeatByTheGayGuy. So Im currently on vacation with my boyfriend. Brought my xbox and saw that my gamertag was banned by xbox live. I saw a while back that people report it on a regular basis. And yet xbox enables people to discriminate
based on sexual preference. If I were "beat by the straight guy" this would not happen. I'm sure xbox will say "Well it's automatic and based on how many times it has been reported by other players." That doesn't change the fact. And the fact is that I lost
my gamertag based on my sexual preference because it is not offensive. Homophobia and hatred are tolerated and acceptable on xbox. Unless XBLPET gives me my gamertag back my opinion will not change about the acceptable hatred.

Clearly you haven't read the terms of use

You cannot use sexually In anywhere but your bio and only as a distinction no other wordss

And if you don't see anything wrong with that gamertag you need a lesson in ethics

 

Implying physical violence is not allowed on Xbox live nor is it condoned

If you don't see anything wrong with that you have an issue with ethics

 

It's not automatic.

Any report is reviewed by a member of the enforcement team before any action is taken.

 

I highly suggest you start reading the terms of use as I see another forced name change coming in the near future
