Hi there. It would probably be best to contact the xbox support line directly for this matter as dealing with expired email addresses is usually a bit funky with the LIVE service. The support team will should be able to resolve all of this for you.

Call Xbox support and ask for the Xbox Live Investigation Team they will help you track down your account, just provide like your address, phone number, and name on the account, they helped me that way.!

There is an ongoing issue with Xbox Live services. Xbox support mentioned that they are aware of reports of Xbox One console startup, title update and sign-in errors. Our teams have identified the cause for our earlier issues and are continuing to

That being said, here are some tips for recovering your Microsoft Account and password:

• Go to accounts.live.com and try signing in with what you think is your Microsoft account (email address and password). If you can sign in to Windows Live, the email address and password you entered are valid. Next, go to Xbox.com and try signing in with
this same information. If you’re prompted to create a new gamertag, the Microsoft account you entered is not currently associated with an Xbox LIVE account.

• Check your email accounts for messages about your Xbox LIVE Membership (search for messages about “Xbox LIVE” or “Microsoft billing”). This may help you determine which email address is associated with your Xbox LIVE membership (an email address is part
of your Microsoft account information).
