XBox Live suddenly trying to bill me

Yesterday I started being spammed from Microsoft that they could not charge for XBox Live using an old number... I cancelled it years ago... What gives? I went into my MS account and removed my payment details just in case. I get nothing out of it so I am
not going to pay for it.

I cancelled it ages ago, if you lot reactivated it, it's your problem. No one else has access, the PC gives me no access to the relevant page on PC and only ask me to buy. I have no access to an XBox at present and no interest in doing so either.

I would say I have access to an XBox but it is currently doing a "wonderful update!" of 3.6b and not even letting me see the account details. Not that the previous abomination of an interface did anything but induce fits of rage trying to navigate it!

It is bad enough that the XBox crippled the internet and kept bringing down the hub's own connection. Along with WIn Update (which thank god has a slider to reduce the bandwidth!), XBox. I'm seriously thinking of ripping it apart right now. I would ask where
i can check by the website bit it was only giving the run around, a reason I stopped using the service as much as I could.

It was bad enough when an official let slip by implication that bugs were introduced into older programs to make you buy professional ones. But I think I'm just about done with this software as a service abortion. Where in the name of little apples do I find
XBox live renewal without an XBox and how to I use smoke signals to access it since the XBox is making anything else very difficult! 2nd Category not applicable.

A link for my PC would be nice. The XBox one is unusable for the present, in fact it is no longer trying to down load anything which why I am here, so I need another option.

I cancelled recurring and it has turned back on with no way to turn it off!

I cancelled the recurring subscription on this years ago, it seems they kept taking money anyway. So it never showed up in subscription billing until it couldn't take payment and now it's screaming about it and the payment details going back a few years
have suddenly popped up...

Call back is closed for COVID.

Gamers cannot help.

The automated agent had a meltdown and told me it was having technical difficulties.

The notification in XBox says 29 days ago the email came a few minutes before I posted this...

There is nothing in https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us that I can use to get help...

After an hour of it barely doing anything due to it's "wonderful" and massive update anything ,not turning off and it not responding to controls and had to disconnect the XBox one... I hate that machine... But at least I got to post this... So I need an
answer as the other one it make sure payments are blocked an let you get the point.
