Xbox live subscriptions missing from account

Discus and support Xbox live subscriptions missing from account in XBoX on Mobile to solve the problem; I have active annual subscriptions for both Solitaire and Jigsaw - these have now gone missing from my account.     I have active annual subscriptions for both Solitaire and Jigsaw - these have now gone missing from my account.

    Payments were made in January 2018.

    Why is this so, I do not appreciate the ads in a paid service.

    Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

    Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

    Hey Corruption -

    Do you have a current Xbox Live Gold subscription on this Xbox Live account? If you're seeing a price for the game, that may be an indication that your Xbox Live account is missing a Gold subscription which you would need to access features like Games with
    Gold.

    Downgrade Xbox Game Pass Ultimate back to an Xbox Live Gold membership

    There is no option to down grade subscriptions at this time. What you will want to do is let the current subscription to UGP expire, then you can subscribe to just Xbox Live again, and this will put your account back to Xbox Live only. Also, when renewing
    subscriptions Microsoft will automatically turn on recurring billing. Go to your MS Account page, then Services & Subscriptions tab, then under all your subscriptions turn off recurring billing for the ones you don't want to auto renew. This will help in avoiding
    any further account suspension for payments missed.

    an Xbox Live Gold subscription is connected to the Xbox Live Account, so Resetting the console will not remove the subscription from an account.

    The best thing to check is if the subscription still shows on the Xbox Live Account that was used to purchase the Gold subscription via

    If the subscription shows there then please (re) download that profile on to the Xbox One console.

    In order to download the profile you will need the account credentials.
