Xbox live subscription with RYSE digital download code promotion not received

Hi came across a promotion on the xbox store while using my xbox one.

Purchase xbox live subscription 3months- 12months and received a free copy of RYSE digital download code.

I received and invoice stating a purchased 3months xbox live subscription but no mention of the RYSE download code.

How do I receive this code??

Missing Fallout 3 Code

Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”

Date of Purchase: 12/6/2015 from Xbox Live (Digital Download)

Issue: I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 19 calendar days.

Wrong promotion

I purchased xbox live 3 month subscription along with GTA 5 shark card code as a promotion and I never received it in received a code for minecraft instead....I have not used the code for minecraft because I rather have the GTA 5 promotion instead.

Hey inside360!

When did you purchase the Xbox Live subscription? Keep in mind you may need to wait at least 4 weeks until you receive a code.

Additionally, if you used a pre-paid code to redeem Xbox Live, unfortunately you will not qualify for this promotion as it required you to purchase Xbox Live Gold through the promotion offer screen on your Xbox console.

Purchased promo 2nd Jan, and yes I purchased it through the promotion offer screen on my xbox.

Just wished xbox would give me a confirmation invoice or something!! Seems a little strange !

Hi Spirit,

It can take up to 10 days to receive the Fallout 3 code. The promotion is valid through February, so if you bought digitally you should be receiving the code as an Xbox Live message in due course. When that message arrives, simply redeem it to begin downloading
Fallout 3.
