    Xbox live subscription overdue


    My microsoft balance didn't have enough money to pay for the subscription. When it was overdue, I tried getting the subscription back by recharging my balance with a gift card. I lost $15 from my account thinking I got xbox live again, but I don't know why money was taken away

    Please head over to https://commerce.microsoft.com/subscriptions/ to check your current Xbox Live subscription - it could be that the money that was withdrawn is for the overdue balance rather than the auto-renewal.

    If you have overdue charges you need to pay them before you can use a new xbox live gold code.
    It was set to auto-renew but couldnt due to the expired card. How are are there any overdue charges as it couldnt renew the subscription.
