Xbox live subscription of 2 years, charging me monthly.

Hello! I'm having a problem with my subscription.

I have a signature on xbox live. I signed the US$1 subscription, and now, I'm being charged monthly, but on my xbox, it says I have 2 years of live subscription. (I have pictures proving that)

Can you help me with that?

I want my subscription, and I don't want to be charged, since I made the US$1 subscription with my credit card.

Will Xbox Live Gold Cards work with EA Access?

xbox support via twitter told me that EA Access requires something that can be renewed monthly or annually....basically they want debit or credit so they can just auto charge you if you forget about it

Year Subscription

I want to get the year subscription but it keeps charging me monthly and I do not want a monthly charge. Also, it is giving me the wrong email address to log into to fix this problem

Ok lemme explain you can stack up to 3years for a total of 3 years however I'm assuming you added 2 x 1 year codes

Because you initially added the 1dollar a month promotion only for 1 month you are on monthly renewal but because you are stacked you won't get charged until your total time is used up and you will be back on month to month plan at full price

You can however stop this at anytime by calling or chatting with support or cancelling your autorenewal under my account

This does not cancel your prepaid time

There is no $5 monthly charge for live. If you get the year subscription then it's like paying $5 a month, but you have to pay the full 59.99 up front.

That could be the reason you are seeing this type of charge. Look it over and let us know with a reply.

My account was charged for a $59.99 1 year xbox live subscription but i havent used my xbox account in over 2 years, my dad is *** off that his visa was charged for somthing he did not authorize. Suppourt is down at the moment and wont allow me to contact
at this moment.
