Xbox live subscription not working

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subscription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
   http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
3. Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

Samething happened to me , what fixed it for me was... had to unplug my internet modem from the electrical outlet & let it sit for about a 60 seconds..then plugged it back up and cut the xbox back on and it was fixed

My xbox is saying my gold membership has ran out when it is jot due to run out untill february what do i do ?

Check on https://account.xbox.com/Profile if it shows your correct account or gamertag to make sure it's on the right account.

Please confirm as well if your payment says completed and not pending via your account order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

If everything is correct, try to set your own console as your account's home Xbox if that fixes the issue.
