xbox live subscription cancellation

I accidentally bought 2, 12 month xbox live subscriptions and cancelled both of them. By cancelling ill be refunded the $128, correct? And if so, how long will it take to get my money back? Thank you.

Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

What you are going to want to do is go to your settings,

Select Account

Select Payment and billing

Select Order history

It should show you both refunds. If it does not show here please
