    Xbox Live Subscription and upgrade to Ultimate


    Hi,

    I have purchased in september a 12 months Xbox Live Gold code.

    I activated it at 20 september on my account, than a couple of days later, I had a mail with the trying of Game Pass Ultimate at 1€.

    So I decided to activate it and try it for 1 month.

    At the 5th october i deactivated the Ultimate automatic subscription because I guess that it's not worth 12.99€/month, but then, at 23 october I lost also the rest of my 12 months Xbox Live subscription.

    Is that normal?

    I payed 60€ for the code for the 12 months, and 1€ for testing the ultimate. I guess that is not right to delete completely the other 10 months of subscription because I wanted just to try (PAYING 1€ MORE) an upgrade subscription.

    I think that the right conversion was to have, at this point 4 months of ultimate (10months of Xbox Live are about 48€)...not nothing, as I had at the end...

    I already called the phone assitance and they said that "this is correct and the error was mine, because I unsubscribed the Xbox Game Ultimate"...can be considered really as an error a FREE CHOICE to cancel a TRYING SUBSCRIPTION because it didn't satisfy
    myself?

    I am really sad about this situation and I would like to know if it is possible to reobtain my normal Xbox Live Gold subscription.

    If You Get Game Pass Ultimate It Will Convert Your Xbox Live Gold 1 Year Into Game Pass Ultimate For The Remaining Time Left On Your Year Subscription. So For Example If You Have Xbox Live Gold Paid For A Year And You Upgrade To Game Pass Ultimate It Will Convert It To One Year Game Pass Ultimate Or However Many Months You Have Left Of Your Subscription.

    (Make Sure It Says Upgrade To Game Pass Ultimate So It Will Convert Your Gold To Game Pass)

    Yes, it will upgrade your current live gold subscription. But as you have 1 year subscription, this upgrade will also give you 1 year ultimate subscription and not only for 1 month.

    Both Xbox live gold and gamepass are included in ultimate, so you don’t need to purchase these subscriptions separately.

    On your account, you should be given the option to upgrade to ultimate, if not just purchase ultimate as this will automatically upgrade your existing membership.

    Gamepass is £7.99 a month and Xbox live gold is £6.99 a month, so worth upgrading if use both to save money and have a 2-in-1, Ultimate is £10.99

    Hello! The upgrade available that you are seeing is most likely an offer to upgrade your Xbox Live Gold subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold, as well as access to over 100 games on both console and PC.



    Regarding your remaining balance on your Xbox Live Gold subscription gift card, unfortunately, it cannot be used towards upgrading to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. However, you can still use the remaining balance towards renewing your Xbox Live Gold subscription when it expires.

    You are mistaking how it works

    Gold gets converted to gamepass core which gives you25 free games to use each month. With gold access for the same price

    gamepass console does not

    It only gives you access to gamepass games but not multiplayer

    Ultimate can be upgraded to but at 3:2

    So for your 12nonths you get 4momthz only based on the upgrade
