    xbox live subs past due


    is there any way i can pay my past due amount using my account balance, i added 2 $15 dollar gift card my brother game me to my account, need help, i cant even buy another 3 monts ssubscription because xbox dont det me finish my purshase, so.. ill be stuck
    with no online gaming and a past due balance on my accont?..

    i bought xbox live sub for 3 mnths but when i tried to add it it said it was blocked due to past due balance how do i apply the 3 month sub to the account for the past due amount

    Unfortunately, you can't use your account balance to pay for a past due amount.

    You will have to
    go to this page here to pay your past due amount of money    , and use your bank account or credit card with sufficient funds.

    After you payed your past due amount, you can then redeem your 3 month card again. You can't redeem any prepaid codes with a past due amount on your account.

    Gold account expired won't let me purchase with Microsoft points

    Gold can only be purchased via credit card/paypal or by purchasing a gold card from a retailer. It is not possible to use the currency on your account to purchase gold.
    FYI - You can buy a subscription with currency on your account through the Microsoft Store

    As for the past due sub, you'll have to contact Xbox Support for help in canceling the sub or transferring to another card.

    They won't be able to use the funds on your account either to pay for the past due amount

    80190864 means you have a past due balance, from a prev sub. call 1-800-4myxbox or go to billing.microsoft.com and sign in with your windows live id and update payment method to allow charge to go through.
