Xbox Live Stream Mode?

You can hide your email, in that way it's not going to appear anymore in the Xbox dashboard

"Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & passkey.
Under Show on Home, you’ll see the email or phone number you use to sign in"

Uncheck that feature please

Question: is your computer and your Xbox both connected via a hard wire connection? Connections via a wireless network can result in some significant lag on occasion unless your router is otherwise unused.

If you have connected your Box via wireless network, check if other devices (maybe a firetv, tablet etc.) take the bandwidh. Different to wired connection where you use many cables to the router, WLAN just uses one medium to transmit data and shares the
bandwidh of this media with all devices. Saying this if you want to game on your computer using a wireless connected XBOX and someone in your houshold is also using an tablet etc. to watch YouTube you may run into lags and issues. Just try to connect you xbox
via cable and see if you experience the same problems.

If you're directly connecting to your modem it should work just fine.

I've been noticing that I have a few lag patches in my streams as well. Just a little freeze then it jumps to the designated spot.
