Xbox live stole my membership and never refunded!

It is call stealing i dont care about the term they are taking back something we have paid for its not honest. And that 1 dollar **** trick is very low. We should not pay attention they should protect us and our investment anf give back our gold membership
that we have paid with our hard earn money. That is very low to say that this is our fault for not reading the 200 pages **** low.

including Gold within it's services so you can bundle everything together. If this was done by mistake as your post advises, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team for this billing and plan related issues as they would be able to locate your account

I have reached out and asked for a refund and its been nearly two weeks and no refund

It converted your original Xbox Live Gold into GamePass Ultimate at a 1-1 ratio which is what it does when you buy it. You will probably have to talk to Xbox Support if you would like to be refunded for any remaining time.

I purchased 1 year xbox live months ago and accidentally bought the game pass and quickly cancelled it and it stole my xbox gold membership to which i still had several months left and it never refunded any money and was forced to re-purchase xbox

You got a free upgrade to XGU

IN Doing so its a one time move and not downgradable.

Canceling it only returns the upgrade price assuming you did the 1 dollar upgrade for 1month you would only receive 1 dollar

Yes this is stated in the terms

What you shouldve done was turn OFF autorenewal and let it expire
