XBOX Live STOLE a 25$ gift card balance from me and support is "unreachable"

Two things did you buy the correct regional currency like us currency for us account or UK for UK not France for UK accoujt and yes it is important

Currency cards are region specific

If you used an out of region card then you have another issue which we will get to in part two

2nd please check commerce.microsoft.com to see if its listed if you have two different currencies you redeemed the wrong card

Once you put the xbox gift card onto your account and its in your Microsoft account balance you can then go to microsoftstore.com and sign in with the account that has the gift card money on it and purchase a xbox live digital subscription card and when
going through the checkout process it will give you the option to use the Microsoft account balance to make the purchase. it will then give you a new 25 character code to put in that will give you the amount of time that you purchased on a live subscription.

Otherwise, an overdue balance can only be paid via credit card/Paypal. He would not be able to add a Live card while he has an overdue balance or use funds from a gift card to pay off the balance.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.

So I can’t get my gift card back or anything that was $25 stolen from me for Xbox gift card is there any way y’all can find out what Xbox it was loaded to
