Xbox Live Standard Test charge not $1 as shown

I bought the Xbox live gold subscription for 1 year , the price was 119.00 however I was charged 238.00 or twice , and now how to do to be compensated , as shown on the site 119.00 but when I click invoice appears 238.00 this is theft !!!

Just had the same problem with a new gaming PC and refreshed with all the updates from MSFT. I tried to download the standard version shown above included with gamepass and it wanted to charge me.

If you purchase and apply an Xbox Live Gold card to your account
before your renewal date, MS will accept that at time of renewal over a credit card on file with your account and the credit card will not be charged.

To be clear, there are two kinds of Xbox cards: Xbox Gold and then standard Xbox gift cards. For a card to be used toward your Gold membership, the card must say
Xbox Live Gold (they come in 3, 6, and 12 month amounts). A standard Xbox gift card which is used for the purchase of games or content will not be accepted/used toward an XBL Gold membership renewal.

I'm a little confused when you say that your membership recently renewed but the charge isn't until next week. MS typically charges on the exact date of renewal. If there was no Xbox Gold card applied to your account on the date of renewal, it is possible
that the credit card has been charged on the date of your renewal and the charge just has not yet shown up on the credit card statement.

The account hasn't been renewed yet (it hasn't charged the credit card for another year yet). The membership will stay what it is (an Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack) until the point that it is charged for another year. I wanted to make it so that when I was
charged for another year (on the new card), I would be charged for a standard Xbox LIVE Gold membership. Basically, I was trying to purchase the new membership NOW, so that when it went to charge the new card for another year, it would charge for a standard
Xbox LIVE Gold membership. However, the only option being given to me to select is an Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack. Maybe it is a bug. If the next option I'm given here doesn't work, I'll contact phone support.

My tv has an info as to what resolution is showing. A 4k uhd shows correct as does x box 1 games.

when playing a standard Dvd the info shown is 576p standard. Not upscaled at all. Aweful picture.
