I have my security set to custom but I would like to change it back to Adult since I think it's affecting me being able to hear other gamers in Lobbies. I've tried to change it on the Xbox and online but it won't let me. I keep getting an error that its
temporarily not working. I talked to support and they said it should work after 24 hours...well it's still not working. Any suggestions??

If not all I would definitely suggest you do these for your accounts security at the minimum.

Require your windows live ID password to sign into Xbox LIVE.

Set an Xbox LIVE passcode on your account.

Do you have a passkey set up to protect your privacy settings? If not, setting one up may help with being able to make the changes. See the instructions here (Step 3): Troubleshoot Changing Online Safety or Privacy Settings on Xbox One

I have seen the best luck making the adjustments from Xbox.com, instead of the console itself.

Hey there, can you try clearing your system cache and doing the proofs process again. Post back if it works or if the problem
persists, including the error code please.

Hey there, I suggest you give this method a try if it's not recognizing the password.

Delete your profile (profile ONLY as opposed to profile and items, when prompted)
Clear your system cache 3 times
Re-download your profile

Instructions to do those are linked in each step. Let us know if that works for you!

If not, try resetting your password and trying again after those three steps.
