Xbox Live says that i already did the once for free change of gametag, but i dont.

I never had an Xbox or account in
Xbox live. A month ago i updated my windows 7 to windows 10, i made a merge between microsoft and skype account and after that i just played some classic arcade microsoft games, they was using automatically generated xbox profile (i was thinking). And
now i downloaded minecraft and determined that i have strange gametag and system says that i already did the changing name in the past. I contacted the Xbox online chat support and coressponding to their system they says that my gametag was changed on May
26th 2016 to "LoudWhisper858" . I checked my mailbox and found letters in that day in which says that in my account was attemp to change email address, password, security information, windows 10 was installed using my account etc... So third-side person has
access to my account in past and it was stolen. But at described date i was far away from civilization and especially from the internet, i was in child nature summer camp, so i didnt get that emails and fortunately i didnt lost access to my microsoft
account and now only me have access to it. So, somebody activated my Xbox live account and took the chance of free gametag. And i didnt noticed that because i have never played xbox games. So, what i can do now? I want to play in minecraft for
really first time and i dont have chance of changing my gametag even anyone else do. Can you help me with changing my gametag for free due to reasons that i described higher?

Changing my email associated with the gametag

I can't change the email that my gametag is associated with. I set up a new xbox live account but it gave me this gametag. So when I change it in Xbox it says gametag already being used. Can someone help me?

If you believe your account was compromised, you would need to continue working with support to see if there is anything they can do. Otherwise, you would need to pay if you want to change your tag.

 

Where i need to continue to work? I already have a conversation with xbox volunteer and with online chat xbox support, they have limitations in their tools and suggested me to start topic in this forum. Do the authorized people reads the topics here?
