Xbox Live Rewars / Microsoft Rewards

Hello my name is Stephen and I have been bouncing around with a lot of Microsoft departments over the phone and the last guy I spoke to told me to post my question on the forum. I have been playing Xbox all my life and I just read that Xbox Live Rewards
will now be Microsoft Rewards, knowing this I saw on my Microsoft Reward account that I had 0 points. So I just want to know if the old Xbox Live Reward points will be transferred to the Microsoft Reward system. Again I have been playing Xbox my whole life
so I would assume I had a lot of points since I never redeemed them. Thank you in advance to whomever answers this question and helps me.

Used my points to redeem the Xbox Game Pass about a week ago, and I still haven't got it

You will need to try emailing Microsoft Rewards support. That is the only way to get support for their program. Xbox Rewards is a separate program and their support cannot assist with Microsoft Rewars.

I have 5,750 Credits but they have not been converted into cash and deposited in cash in my account and I am worried that it will change from xbox live rewars to microsoft rewards. and I am worried about losing my points and they will not be converted into my local currency ...

Any rewards credits you had should have been deposited into your Microsoft account balance as currency (you can verify deposits by checking your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account). If there is an issues depositing credits into your account, they would
be transferred over to the Microsoft Rewards program as points.

If you had any gems remaining, those would be transferred over to the Microsoft Rewards program as points.

A. Your eligible purchases will be calculated in the beginning of April. If you qualify, your Rewards Points will then be deposited into your Xbox LIVE account by April 30, 2013. During the Offer Period, your Points will not show up under Pending.

I tried lol, the first person sent me here, and the second time I contacted support they never got back to me

At this point I really feel like I wasted my points. Its literally been a week, I don't understand....

No. There is no deposit scheduled for today. The first deposit for this month is scheduled for the 12th.

would it be possible to have my credits rewared to another account instead of the the one my rewards account as want to buy a game on the other acccount
