Xbox Live Rewards Xbox One S offer

This is a screen shot of an email I received from Xbox Live Rewards. I clicked the link, purchased an Xbox One S bundle on Nov 12. Since then I have received the Xbox One S, free game and free expedited shipping. I have yet to see the 50,000 Reward Credits
show up in my account. I am wondering why and I have been kicked from Microsoft store support to Xbox support and now I am here as the other two places had no idea what I was talking about, I would really appreciate a prompt answer.

Doesn't say anything about it. Pretty much sign into a xbox one after joining rewards and get 25,000Click to expand... Fulfill this offer in 4 simple steps:

2. Purchase an Xbox One

3. Log in to your Xbox One with your Gamertag

4. Be the first friend and you'll enjoy 25,000 Rewards Credits!

We responded to your previous post at (Purchased XB1S off the Microsoft store card has been charged and have the Xbox but no points deposit). Since it sounds like you may not be clear on how the
program works, Credits are placed as pending into your account before they are processed and deposited. A ledger containing all your Rewards events is called the "MyStatement", and can be found on your MyRewards page. Deposits occur around the 15th and 31st
of every month, so they have not yet been deposited and converted into currency in your Microsoft Account.

It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with the Rewards program, but in order to qualify for that offer you do have to be an Xbox One owner upgrading to a One S. You may want to post in the Rewards forum to see if 360 members
are eligible as well.

That offer is only available to select Rewards members. So you would have had to be a Rewards member before the purchase in order to be eligible for the offer.

It prompted me to apply to be a rewards member. Plus you have to buy an Xbox One S to be eligible, so it wouldn't just be for selected rewards members.

The Xbox Live Rewards offer ended on the 15th. I believe you are talking about the Microsoft Rewards offer. This forum is only for Xbox Live Rewards program issues.

Currently, there is not an offer to get Xbox Live Rewards Credits for a purchase of a Xbox One X console.
