Top things to know now:

• All Xbox Live Rewards offers ended on May 31, 2018. That was your last day to earn Rewards Credits, MyVIP Gems, or to unlock MyVIP Perks.
  
• Any pending Xbox Live Rewards Credits will be deposited into your Microsoft account in the form of your local currency by June 30, 2018.
  
• June 15, 2018 was the last day to claim any open MyVIP Perks and redeem your MyVIP Gems for prizes in the MyVIP Vault. Any remaining MyVIP Gems left in your account after that day will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points once the transition is complete.
  
• If you decide to not make the transition and opt-out, you will immediately stop earning Xbox Live Rewards Credits. Your remaining Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance will be deposited into your Microsoft account in the form of your local currency.
  
• We’ll be shutting down the Xbox Rewards area of the Xbox Forums on 7/31. If you need help with Rewards after that point, start with our
  FAQ to learn how to get more help.
  

What you can expect from Microsoft Rewards:

• Once you’ve transitioned to Microsoft Rewards, you can still earn points for purchasing digital games in the Microsoft Store, and you will also earn points for searching with Bing and shopping at the retail Microsoft Store (where available).
  
• With Microsoft Rewards you can redeem your points for Microsoft Store gift cards, Skype Credits, charitable donations, sweepstakes, and more.
