xbox live rewards refounds

hi everyone. I´m a bit angry about in the 5 years i´m in live rewards, never i´ve seen any refounds. can anyone help? because i do my xbox purchase and every request to gain some points but never see any price in my account. Thanks you all for your time

Xbox Live Gold Refound

Hey, instead of buying 1month xbox live, I bought 4monthes by mistake...Can someone help me do a refound? Im a student so i cant afford these mistakes.

Hello Lic Razornexo,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you were a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

You received payback for your purchases in September. However, your purchases since have been pre-orders, which are not eligible for MyVIP payback. Since those pre-orders did not complete any offers, they did not award offer completion Credits either. Furthermore,
we see multiple deposits into your account. You can see a record of your Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, if sorted/viewed by lifetime.

So you tried to get a refound and they didn't refound you, that's what i understood.

Maybe your game wasn't refoundable.

There are no refounds for Minecraft anymore. In it's description is written you need hdmi cable for split-screen. There was refound for who bought the game in the firs 14 days as i know.
