Discus and support xbox live rewards punch card hasnt updated in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i went over to check out xbox rewards and saw a punch card for games on demand pre ordering i have 4 of the games but only 2 are marked off. the games...     xbox live rewards punch card hasnt updated


    i went over to check out xbox rewards and saw a punch card for games on demand pre ordering i have 4 of the games but only 2 are marked off. the games i had pre ordered were monster hunter world, dragon ball fighterz, metal gear survive, and sea of thieves.
    but only metal gear and dragon ball are marked off i had monster hunter preordered since day one and sea of thieves about a month ago what didn't either of these get marked off?

    Pre order punch card issue

    I am missing a punch on the Xbox live rewards pre order punch card I pre ordered call of duty ww2 and it's not showing it on Xbox live rewards and it didn't even punch the card for it

    How long does it take rewards to update?

    Actually you need to post in the Rewards Support forum now. Punch cards are updated within 96 hours of completing a purchase. I have completed the Games on Demand punch card and have 20k credits pending.

    Hi Kaos Berserker. The two you have punches for are Sea of Thieves and Monster Hunter: World. Since your purchases of Dragon Ball FighterZ and Metal Gear Survive were made after their release dates, those were not eligible for the offer any longer.

    Did you activate the punch card before purchasing?
    I purchased on the 16th (sale was live then), the punch card was not in the rewards app until the 17th so it was impossible for me to activate it beforehand.
