i pre ordered injustice 2 on my console and on the rewards page it says i should've gotten 15000 points for the pre order but i have yet to recieve anything for it

Does Buying Xbox Currency and then Purchasing from Xbox Store still count towards Xbox Live Rewards?

If i was to purchase Xbox Live Currency from a 3rd party like Gamestop or Amazon, and then went online to purchase a digital version of a game will that count towards my Xbox live Rewards points? This is related to the promotion "Pre-Order Punch Card" Where
you pro order 3 games and get 15,000 rewards points, I have 2 pre orders but need one more.

pre order punch card for 1/1 - 3/31 2017

I pre ordered mass effect andromeda wich is an eligible game for the current 15000 points pre order promotion but it doesnt show on my xbox live rewards account as pre ordered . I had the same issue with resident evil 7 in december as not showing as pre
ordered and has caused a delay in getting my promotion points added toi my account .

There have not been any offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. It would have counted as a punch towards your games and on demand punchcard and you would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible
(see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between April 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and June 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world

Since you have not made three eligible purchases, you have not completed the offer.

It takes 96 hours for pre-orders to reflect on the website, and you must pre-order 3 titles to be eligible for the new promotion. Subsequently, you had to have pre-ordered the games during the promotional period in order to be eligible for the reward. If
you pre-ordered prior to January 1st, 2017 then the pre-order is not eligible for the current promotion.

Virtually every quarter, pre-orders have their own promotion that run and typically reward 15,000 reward points for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles. Unless you are a 5 Star MyVip member and receive the full 10% back then that promotion is worth more than
you would get if you just pre-ordered them at received MyVip % back.

Very sorry to hear about the issue and the frustration caused. Is this regarding Xbox Live Rewards? If so, you will want to post over in the
Xbox Live Rewards support forum. If the promotion read something similar to "pre-order these games and get X amount of credits", that will be our Xbox Live Rewards promo, and you will
want to follow the link about and create a new post.

The Reward Program only rewards purchases made during promotional periods. So if you pre-ordered last month then that would have been before the current promotional period and therefore would not qualify for this promotion.

The reward team will have to review your 3 pre-orders to verify their eligibility and see what the hold-up might be. However, any pre-orders made prior to the start of the January 1st, 2017 Games on Demand pre-order promotion will not count toward the new promotion.
Each promotion only counts purchases and/or pre-orders made during the offer period unless otherwise stated.

The reward team works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends and reply to threads oldest to newest.
