Xbox live rewards points still not received

As of June of 2016 I have bought quite a few games from Xbox and through all of the games, dlcs, and packs i've bought, I still have not yet received any rewards points from any of them. I had made a post after I preordered a game back in June of 2016 and
then around a month later after it came out I was told to write to the forums for a response to fix the problem. I had gotten a response from Xbox support and it said that many people were having the same issue and it had not yet been fixed but Xbox was working
on it. It now being around 6 months later, after purchasing many other games, dlc and such, I have still not received any points to my account,(pending or deposited) for my purchases. When might I receive these rewards points?,

Missing Live Subscription & Rewards Points

So I used my Bing rewards points to purchase a Xbox Live Gold subscription . I haven't received the subscription and my rewards points are still missing. Help

 

Haven't Received 12-Month subscription Bonus on XBox Rewards.

I've been hearing problems with the Xbox Live Rewards and I recently noticed that I had not received points for renewing for the year.

I had renewed my XBox Live Gold Membership back in March, 2013. I have reviewed my points received and noticed I did get 10 Reward Points. However as stated on XBox Live Rewards website, 10 Reward Points is equivalent to a 1-Month Renewal. 200 Reward Points
would have been the proper amount for my 12-Month Renewal.

I was wondering why its not giving me the Rewards promised and if I was ever going to be receiving these points.
