Xbox live rewards points not migrated

good morning, i have ordered a gift card 5€ With my gems but i not received nothing. In addition, my xbox live reward point and my gems has not been migrated to the new microsoft rewards program. Why?

Points not being awarded

Your region is not a valid Xbox Live Rewards region. It sounds like you may have confused our program with the Microsoft Rewards program, as your region was migrated back at the end of September. Furthermore, we see that you earned more than that amount
before your Xbox Live Rewards account was migrated. Since the Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, we are not informed on their policies. You should reach out to their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website. Your Credits were deposited
before migration. This was mentioned in your migration email, a pop-up on the Xbox Live Rewards page, and on Microsoft Rewards (Microsoft Rewards - FAQs zum Wechsel von Xbox Live Rewards zu Microsoft Rewards).

Hello gohan16ken,

Microsoft Rewards has a different Reward structure from Xbox Live Rewards, which Rewards a certain ratio of points on your purchase. You can read more about this on the migration FAQ at (https://rewards.microsoft.com/explore/xbox-to-ms-rewards-overview).

It will update itself on the Rewards program, however it won't be instant.

Will I still receive Xbox LIVE Rewards Points if I change my Windows Live ID (email)?

A. Yes. If you migrate your Xbox LIVE Rewards account to a new Windows Live ID (email), there may be up to a 96 hour delay before you can log into Xbox LIVE Rewards with your new email. You may even be prompted to re-register – just ignore this request,
but it will not hurt if you re-register. If you attempt to log in with your new email but Xbox LIVE Rewards does not recognize you, you can always check on your points using your old email. Rest assured, once the migration is complete, your points will be
moved, and you will be able to access the information with your newly linked email.
