Xbox Live Rewards Not Depositing Because Billing Information Needs Updating

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by an internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. We have escalated this issue to another team to resolve,
but have not yet received an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

still not yet received a resolution from the team currently working on this issue.

Hi FRANCISCOXBOXER. Your Xbox Live locale does not match your Rewards locale, therefore we are unable to make a deposit to your Microsoft account. You'll need to change your Microsoft billing locale to your Rewards locale in order for us the make a deposit.

Since the Rewards site shows the deposit and the billing site shows the deposit, Rewards support would no longer be able to assist. You would need to continue working with billing.

We cannot deposit into your account since you have no Microsoft billable account, as mentioned in our FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

Since we cannot deposit into Credit Cards, and you have no Microsoft billable account to deposit into, we cannot complete a deposit into your account. A billing account can be set up for an Xbox Live Free member on the Xbox One console, no credit card required,
using the instructions at: (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/payment-and-purchases/update-billing-information-on-xbox-one).
