Xbox live rewards isn't counting me as gold when i am.

i am a star 2 rewards member but it says i'm not gold and is only giving me 2% instead of 4% i've got gold on automatic renewal and it isn't counting it.

Why wont my Xbox rewards recognize my Gold status

I have a 12 month Xbox Live Gold Membership account. Why isn't my reward recognizing the live account? It is giving me only 5% for my purchases when I should be receiving 10%. How do I get it to recognize my gold and how do I get the rewards that it is
not providing me that it should?

I am a xbox live gold member and the xbox 3260 game isn't even free for me.

Your tenure isn't counted by how long you've been a member. It counts how long you have been a GOLD member, and if you run out, it stops counting, and then when you get more Gold, it starts counting again.

It will change to 10 when you have been a GOLD
Member for 10 years. Thanks!

Not for me it isn't. All of the Gold rewards for Xbox Live are gone for me now also. I just did a search for them because my goal keeps getting changed and none of them are coming up at all now.

Well I am curious about this because I have had xbox live gold for years and my Microsoft rewards is only a level 2 and not Level 2
+Xbox Live Gold, what do I do to get the proper rewards?
