Xbox Live Rewards help

I'm an Xbox Live Rewards member, and it says I can earn credits for unlocking achievements and just playin' games. But it says I have no credits earned, now i'm signed in on my console everytime I play, but the website says i'm not, I sign in to the website
but everytime I close the browser it signs me out, how do I stay signed in on the website, and if that's not the reason why i'm not earning credits, then please tell me why i'm not earning anything.

I have received an Xbox live rewards deposit for $##.##

I have been told by Xbox support that this should appear in my Xbox Live rewards.

I am unable to see this in my Xbox live rewards?

Please help... thanks

The only way to earn rewards through unlocking achievements is if there is a specific promotion stating that. For the reward program, you earn credits by purchasing games, completing promotions, and completing a monthly survey. You do not need to be logged
in to the website specifically, but you do need to be logged into your account associated with your gamertag when making purchases in order for them to qualify.
