XBOX Live Rewards for Game Play

Can someone tell my why I am not getting my XOBX Live Rewards Points credited to my account for the games that I am playing? I have rest my console, updated my console and restarted my console and still my Reward Point do not show nor do they show when
I check my account online. What am I doing wrong if anything? Please Help me with this issue.

There are additional questions I would like to ask when I have this issue resolved.

my xbox live rewards are not being added to my xbox rewards account

i have been a xbox live rewards member since 2015 i have received 500 points for filling in two questionnaires, i have received no points for purchases or game play rewards or jems. i wish to receive a reply from xbox live rewards team thanks

Rewards Question

I have a family account. With the Xbox Live Gold subscription being placed on my Xbox under my Gamertag. I know my kids have access to Live also, but will the games they play count toward the Rewards also or will just MY game play count toward the rewards?

Xbox LIVE Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards members for renewing their Xbox LIVE Gold subscriptions, playing games, engaging with Xbox LIVE features, making purchases from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace etc... and a gold member does mean a xbox live gold
member.
