Xbox Live Rewards email address not updated

I recently change my email address associated with my Microsoft account. Since then all notifications regarding all MS accounts are being delivered to my new email address, except Xbox Live Rewards. I'm still all the emails from the Rewards program in my
old email address. I couldn't find any place in the profile settings to fix this issue. Please help me resolve this.

transfer emails

i updated my email address a few years ago but my xbox live rewards emails still go to my old address. I would like them to go to my current and primary address.

Not Recieving Microsoft/Xbox Rewards Emails or Prizes, etc.

Hello XXXBone,

We see that you just recently updated your email yesterday. Since it takes us up to 96 hours to receive new information, you may receive emails at your old address for a few more days. However, we see that this email you have recently updated to matches
your one email on your account, so you should expect to start receiving Xbox Live Rewards emails to your newly updated address.

In order to change your Microsoft account, please
click here and follow the instructions. Please make sure that the Microsoft account associated with your Gamertag is current to ensure you receive your Xbox Live Rewards email offers and updates. To see which email address we have on file for you, go to
http://commerce.microsoft.com, log in with the Microsoft account tied to your Gamertag, click on 'Billing Info' and select 'Edit Profile' link at the top.

We see you registered into the vault with a email address with a different domain than your normal Xbox Live Rewards contact address. Are you sure you are checking your vault registered email address?

As I said I want an email address, a phone number, and actual address and a name of the head of xbox live support that is in control of the rest of the staff here!

I WILL NOT TALK TO ANY SUB XBOX REWARDS STAFF only the HEAD of the staff of xbox rewards support!
