Xbox Live Rewards don't working for me!

Good afternoon, my name is Enzo and I'm having problems with the Rewards. I bought the pre-sale
from Battlefield 1 when this was part of the Rewards program, and recently I
answered a questionnaire from the same program to earn 250 credits and nothing came
to my account. I already tried the support chat 3 times. This is being my fourth post here
in the forum for having deleted my last 3. I am a preview member, Xbox Ambassador, and
3 years of Xbox Live Gold. I've had problems before and everything has been resolved.
It is not possible that this is insoluble. I really expect a decent positioning of you,
all this in order that I want to buy Forza Horizon 3 with a little discount,
because the physical media is much cheaper. I await an urgent response!

Please Help Microsoft "xbox rewards"

I tried Xbox Live rewards after enjoying Bing Rewards. Xbox Live Rewards is highly flawed, messes up constantly, has an almost non-existent support, and rarely rewards when it should. Trust me, don't waste your time.

We responded to your posts at (reward credit that has not yet applied to my account.) and (Rewards dont came to me).
As stated in both posts, since your purchase of Battlefield™ 1 Ultimate Edition occurred on October 12th, a month after the offer for that game in the first week for September, it did not qualify for any Rewards Credits as it was not made within the offer
period.

We have determined an issue with the January survey, and our platform team is creating a fix. User accounts should be updated to display the survey event by the end of next week.

Hello DARK STAR X74,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
for the inconvenience.

I also have a broken account. Over a year! Xbox live rewards don't work either. Frustrating!

Don't even get me started on this! I live in Puerto Rico and we were excluded from the program once it changed from Xbox Rewards to MS Rewards.
