Xbox live rewards credits remaining on mu account with Reference number 1360982954

Hello, i would like to know that how may remaining reward points are there in my account as it shows 51000 reward points but i transfer some points to my new account. Please verify it and there is some billing issue in my account. also please fix
it so that my reward points deposited into my account or just transfer it to my new account whose gamer tag is "AKM2OO9". Please help and fix this issue.

Reward Not Received

Hey, I was directed here from Microsoft Support. My reference number is: 1364086476. Yesterday, I redeemed my Microsoft Rewards points for $10 Xbox Live credit. The confirmation page told me I would receive an e-mail, but I have not. I also checked to see
if it was automatically assigned to my Live account, but it was not. My Microsoft Rewards points have been deducted for the $10 Xbox Live, though.

We responded to your post at (Rewards didn't deposit due to billing information error). I can confirm that the 51000 is the Credits you have gained
since we were able to perform a Credit transfer. Unfortunately, as mentioned in your previous post, this method of resolution is no longer available to us.

From the FAQ:

I was referred by an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member and purchased an Xbox Live Online Gold membership. I'm also an Xbox Live Rewards member. When can I expect to receive my 5,000 Rewards Credits?

To receive your 5,000 Rewards Credits, you must join Xbox Live Rewards and upgrade your Xbox Live account to Gold Online membership within 14 days of receiving the referral and retain your Gold membership for at least 30 days. If you meet all these requirements,
Credits may take up to 45 days to be deposited into your Microsoft account.

We see that you were referred August 2nd, and that the Credits for that referral have been pending since September. You can see these pending Credits on your MyRewards page.

From the FAQ for this offer:

How many Rewards Credits can I earn for referring friends?

While you can only refer up to 5 friends a day, there is no limit to the number of Rewards Credits you can earn for successfully referring friends. A successful referral hinges on a referred friend(s) upgrading to an Xbox Live Online Gold membership within
14 days of receiving the referral email and signing up for Xbox Live Rewards (if they weren't already a member). Credits will be awarded once your referred friend(s) has been Gold for at least 30 days.

Since your friend referred you on January 1st, and you did not purchase a Gold subscription until February, you did not upgrade to Gold within the 14 day period of receiving the email.

I believe you may be looking at your Microsoft Rewards Credits. The console upgrade offer was done through the Xbox Live Rewards program, which will place Rewards Credits into your account. These Credits will be placed as pending 15 days after your shipping
date. They will remain there until the next available deposit date, which occurs bi-monthly. At that point, they will be placed as currency into your Microsoft Account.

What you are referring to is a part of the Xbox Live Rewards program. Those are rewards credits not MS points.

What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

A. Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the cash you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, we will automatically convert them into to your country's local currency and deposit your cash into your Microsoft account.
Then, you can head over to the Xbox stores to purchase your favorite games, Movies, Avatar props and much more!

What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

A. 5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to $5 USD.
