Xbox live rewards credits not being deposited correctly

I was told to address my concerns on xbox live rewards issues here. It has been multiple months that I have not received my credit for taking the monthly survey and the deposit for 2,000 credits has been moved to a further date. I would simply just like
the credits to be deposited

Rewards not being deposited

My rewards are not being deposited. The last time they were deposited was around 6 months ago. Before then it had been around 2 years. I have roughly 20,000 credits that will not deposit.

Please could an MS member of staff look into why my rewards credits are not being deposited.

We see that you have been Rewarded for the surveys you have completed. Make sure that you fully fill out the survey and end at the screen that confirms completion of the survey. Since we only automatically schedule a deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits,
you have not been scheduled for a deposit until your recent request on April 30th. Since the end of month deposit had already been performed at that time, you will be a part of the mid-May deposit cycle.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.
