if you mean
Microsoft Reward Points then simply click on the
Redeem link and select Xbox Gift Card

you will get an email with the code which you can use in the Xbox Store to add the funds to your account wallet.

once you have done that you can choose to use the funds in your account to purchase things from the Xbox Store.

if you prefer to purchase online through the Microsoft Store get a Microsoft Gift Card instead

Currently, there are no offers for Xbox Live Rewards for MicrosoftStore.com. If you are asking about a physical Microsoft Store location, then we do not track those purchases, and cannot Reward them.

I agree I think that Microsoft is just trying to save money. They don't care about the people like you and me. I have had a Xbox live rewards account for 3 years and have bought Every Xbox game I own from the Microsoft store. But
if they merge Microsoft rewards with Xbox LIVE Rewards I will never buy another item off of the Microsoft store ever. I've spent thousands of dollars on the Microsoft store that's where I bought my Xbox One and my new Xbox one x and my Microsoft Xbox One Elite
controller I have purchased so many things from the Microsoft store I can't even name all of them. And I'm not some kid. I'm a adult that just enjoys gaming but I will find another place to purchase all my gaming gear and games if they do away with the Xbox
LIVE Rewards program because I will not have any reason to buy from Microsoft store. And I can get everything cheaper

Make sure you have made your purchases on the online Microsoft Store.

You must be also be signed in with your email address associated with your Microsoft Rewards account.

Points are awarded within 72 hours of a digital store purchase completion or shipment, or within 14 days of purchase at a retail Microsoft Store or shipment from the online Microsoft Store.

Certain items do not qualify, such as the purchase of in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like Xbox Game Pass or EA Access, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase of Xbox gift cards.
