Xbox Live Rewards Account Status

I was told my rewards account wasn't in good standing and that I needed to post in the forums to let you know that my billing information was correct, well I checked and made sure and everything is correct. Now I would like my rewards deposited.

Signed up a week or so ago but nothing from Xbox Live regarding my Rewards account status :/

Hello G33k80y,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Nothing comes up as far as recent rewards, surveys, etc. It acts as if if I've never had a rewards account. So when I click on join xbox live rewards and choose Yes I want to participate in the Xbox LIVE Rewards program. It takes me to a page that says I'm
Sorry, You need an Xbox LIVE account to join Xbox LIVE awards yaddy yaddah...etc. etc. So I go ahead and click on the go to xboxlive button. It loads up just fine and I check my status and I'm on Gold 12-month set to auto-renew on 9/28/2012.

We can confirm your former status as a five star MyVIP. However, since the Microsoft Rewards program is completely separate from Xbox Live Rewards, we cannot assist with any potential issues with your Microsoft Rewards account. You should reach out to their
support team via the Microsoft Rewards website for more specific assistance.

Hello DannyWC,

We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:

My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.
