Xbox Live Rewards account ongoing issue + Non Deposits

We have still not yet received an update from our other team regarding any new resolution date for this issue. While we wait for their resolution, we will continue to attempt a deposit into your account, which has been known to sometimes succeed. When they

The internal issue with the data stored for your account is part of an ongoing issue that is in the process of being resolved. The deposits you occasionally see is the result of our other team deploying attempts to fix the issue, and not the result of any
manual action. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding what will happen to any deposits after the migration, from the FAQ:

If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
Microsoft account by the end of June 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.


If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making the
transition to Microsoft Rewards.

We see you as a US registered Rewards Account with a Saudi Arabia Microsoft Account. This is causing your deposit to fail, since we cannot deposit non-matching regional currencies. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce
page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Furthermore, Xbox Live and Microsoft Rewards are two completely separate programs, so Xbox Live Reward activity will not show up on Microsoft Rewards and vice versa.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
