Xbox Live Rewards account informations need update but is fully updated already

Unfortunately, we have still not received a fix for this issue. Since a database outside of our program is incorrectly reporting your billable account information, we cannot complete a deposit as we require that information to know where to place your funds.
While the team working on this issue has been giving us promising updates on this issue, they have not yet provided us with a estimated date of resolution. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that this issue is causing.

With this scenario. For any Live Rewards Team. Please do investigate GT: Ch33zy account for possible missing Live reward points. I have reviewed the account. Please refer to
