    Xbox live rewards 5th anniversary Gimme5 promotion problem


    HI I just got an email from xbox live rewards for the reward I choosed from the promotion they had,which was called xbox live rewards 5th anniversary Gimme5 but the problem is that I choosed a game but instead I got a code for my avatar which was a costume
    any help will be appreciated thanks

    The email was sent to me a few days ago,the game I choosed was Dark souls 2,I spoke with xbox support and they told me to post here my problem.
