    Also, It says the order has also been "Shipped", What do they mean EXACTLY by "SHIPPED" ?

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, it's best to contact their customer support via their redemption page. That status just means the "order" was completed. It's just a confirmation that you took part in the sweepstakes. If you had won the console,
    you would receive a separate email.

    I wanted to let you know on August 26 2018 I redeemed 500 points to get 5 Xbox One X monthly sweepstakes entries and it says it shipped then on August 28 2018 I redeemed 500 more points to get 5 more entry sweepstakes and it said shipped and then today I
    redeemed another 500 points to get another 5 entry sweepstakes and it said shipped again and when I looked at the official rules for the Xbox One X monthly giveaway it said the end time for the month of august was on August 31 2018 at 11:59 pacific time and
    the draw date is on September 13 2018 and redeemed 500 points 3 times to get 5 xbox one x monthly sweepstakes entries for a total of 15 sweepstakes entries

    From my experience with Microsoft Rewards, the "shipped" status just means that in this case your entry has been processed and your confirmation email stating that you have entered into the sweepstakes entry has been sent.

    Should you win, you will receive a separate email with more information.

    Shipped for them is that they shipped the information on an email when you actually win something they send you an email saying that you have won an item...hope that helps.

    im completely new to Microsoft sweepstakes, when I received my confirmation email it said I should redeem more points for a better chance of winning, just wondering how I can put points towards the xbox one x sweepstake?
