    Xbox Live Reward Credits Not Tallying Up


    Based on the number of Games, Movies and other that I have purchased from the Xbox Live store over the last few months and taking in to account some of the offers that were available at the time from the Xbox Live Rewards website, my Reward Credits don't
    seem to be tallied up correct. 1 example is that I read on the website that if I were to pre-order Gears Of War 4 by a certain time, I would receive upto 10,000 reward points which I have not yet seen. Help?

    If you are thinking about buying gold then do it with my referral as you can get 5,000 XBL reward credits. What do I get? I get 1,000 credits if you buy gold when I refer you.

    Xbox Live Reward credits can be deposited into your local currency after you get 1,000. You also get exclusive offers sometimes and can get thing cheaper. There are also offers that will earn you credits like pre-ordering games. more info is here: Xbox Live Rewards

    Just to make clear as I know some people get confused this is a referral to buy gold. Not to sign up to xbox live rewards.

    Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Xbox Live Rewards Credits. Since you are not a member, you do not have any Rewards Credits.

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Reward Questions forum in order for support to check on your credits. If there are any specific offers you're looking for credits from, it's best to post those too.

    The Gears offer would have ended on September 30. If you preordered before the offer you should have still received credits though.

    Not entirely clear on what aspect of Rewards you’re referring to but you can see what you redeemed your credits towards and keep a tally that way

    Unfortunately, only Rewards members are eligible for Rewards Credits. From the FAQ:

    I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards Credits for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?

    You can only earn Rewards Credits once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions or tracking your MyVIP progress by making purchases in the
    Xbox Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.
