Xbox live renewal promotion

my xbox live 12 month subscription recently ended and when I turned on my xbox one I was prompted with a link showing I could renew the 12 months for 39.99. I attempted but when I reached the final screen I was shown I would be charged 59.99 so I didn't
proceed. After trying to get an answer on this the promotion has since gone away. In an initial chat with a representative I was told it would be honored at that price. But, I never received the offer. I now reached out again and after a lengthy conversation
was told to reach out here and provide this reference number: [Mod Removed]. Please get back to me with a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you

Never received 600 points for Xbox Live renewal from December.

There was a promotion for getting 600 microsoft points for renewal Xbox Live membership that I never received my points for. According to my email for a renewal confirmation for 12 months of live I renewed on Christmas Day, December 25, 2011. I renewed using
this promotion on the dashboard and have still not received my points.

Gold Membership Codes

For anyone who has a Gold membership with Xbox Live, have you seen these coupon offers? Supposedly, you can either get Xbox free or get a free trial offer for as long as one year. There might be a catch, but maybe they're just doing it to promote the Gold membership. Has anyone ever gotten a free trial?Click to expand...

I haven't seen any of those coupon offers that you mentioned, however I do see coupons advertised on the Xbox Live dashboard all the time for a certain percentage off when you renew your membership. I think the best offer I've seen yet is for half off, if you renewed your membership that day.

No worries! Normally with these promotions, a code will not deliver immediately after signing up. Instead, they'll either go out 7-10 days after renewing or after 30 days from renewal (which is more common for these types of promotions). You will see the
code sent to your Xbox Live messages from 'Xbox Live'.

How long has it been since you renewed Xbox Live Gold? That extra bit of information will help us a bunch.

Thanks, it's been about 6 weeks since the renewal, though I have no idea what the end date of the actual promotion was, as there was not much information on Xbox Live when I renewed, and the promotion splash indicated I could receive the 200 points.

It was a promotion for renewing your Xbox live gold through a store bought card I renewed it for a year and I don't know the exact day but I'm sure it was late march or early April
