Xbox Live Redemption Email

Hello,

I had placed an order back on 2/18/18 for 1 year of Xbox Live and Order Number is Order No.ffdfb9e0-83c9-480e-9299-a0aed9459681. I don't have my e-mail with the code that I need. Any way that can be resent to my e-mail?

Unread E-mail Found About Xbox Punch Card

Check your email associated with your Xbox LIVE account. It should have an email confirming what you redeemed it for. If it wasn't Gold or Points, I suggest checking your download history for the redemption.

New redemption code never recieved

Purchased a new Xbox one with a redemption for a choose one game. The redemption email was never recieved in outlook email? Xbox support informed me to post here to get a new code as they could not give a new token? Thanks for the help. Brad Post

With Microsoft Rewards points you just go to their redemption page and redeem the points for either an Xbox gift card or a Live card (it's not possible to purchase gold using currency from gift cards through Xbox) and a code will be emailed to you. If you
need further assistance, you would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.

yes i check both my email addresses related to my xbox account daily in my inbox,spam,and trash daily and i only have confirmations of redemption of 12 month card and monthly account statements of my xbox live rewards but no sign of any email about the 600
points. i hope this helps

We do not see any posts for this gamertag. As mentioned in the stickies on our forums, the Support type for the Xbox Live Rewards Questions forum is the only place to reach us for support. As was mentioned in the offer FAQ while the offer was available,
all codes can be found on the FREEdom Rewards redemption page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/redemption-codes/). We do not email the codes to your account.
