xbox live random account followers who you've not gamed with , no friends with, not even in...

after asking this question:

i keep getting random unsolicited users following me on my profile
I go look at their profiles and it lists no friends but they follow thousands of users, and have low to no Gamerscore.
what are they up to?, i did not play any games with them i am not looking for followers , and i just wanna block them from even interacting .
I got a lot of useless just block them answers , but how can you block them when they are using symbol characters as their names?

i have blocked them and reported them for a long time, and since many replies here have been useless expect a few , i am posting this again, so more action comes to this, some one needs to figure out and talk about how they are doing this and why, and Microsoft,
needs more security on the creation of xbox live accounts and verification to slow the creation of this spam follower accounts .

this was the best response but the settings are not useful, if there was one like block unsolicited followers as in they have not directly interacted with you as in they have not played a recent game, or liked a shared post in a club, or something like that.
I kind of thin i am on that suggested friends list from another friend who is full of spammers following them, the privacy setting i want is like an opt out .

i want my friend and people i played with to see my profile or clubs to see it, just not these out of the blue no gamer score accounts that have no friends.

what i really want is for accounts that are not gold , and with less than 10k of gamer score to not even be able to message me , follow me or anything. in other words if they are not a regular gamer on xbox , i don't want anything to do with them. It should
not be that hard for developers to make a option setting for that. Like do you want Non Gold accounts to be able to contact you. NO

To prevent this type of thing from happening more often, I recommend that you change your privacy settings on your own Xbox by following: Settings -> Account -> Online Privacy and Security -> Xbox Live Privacy -> View Details and Personalize. In this place
you will have a lot more control of Who can really see details about you, your History, Your profile, Shares and etc.

funny thing is I've already set this settings , and it's made little difference , since there is not any setting about followers .

now before you reply see if you can learn about what is really going on , and why accounts are being made , and if it's really a bot then how is it done , who is promoting doing that and why ? where is this troll farm at who is causing this ?
