xbox live quest prizes not received for september quests

I completed the september xbox live quests and i still haven't had any messages or prizes.

No one in xbox support can help (3 conversations).

I got told to contact the sponsor but in the t&c's the sponsor is:

4. Sponsor:
Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond WA 98052, U.S.A.

Does anyone know what i should do next?

I have the same issue. I have completed all 3 quests prior to October 15th and have received nothing. I made multiple contacts to customer support and apparently nobody handles this. I have been patient but this is absurd. I want a real answer as to
when I will receive the reward.

I know a lot of people had some big delays with the Sept Quests so they could still be on the way. Otherwise yes, you will have to contact support directly

Had a reply from helloworld inc:

'Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, the XLR program was discontinued in Summer this year. The last date that consumers had for the UK region was June 18th. Since Rewards Credits was the promotional
currency for that program, and that program no longer exists, that code is no longer valid. We are very sorry for any disappointment this may cause. We appreciate your understanding.'

So i don't think i'll be receiving anything.

Hi there,

For this case you will need to fill out a support form with Microsoft Rewards customer support. The rewards are provided by that team once you complete the Quests on Xbox. However, seeing that this is from September I'm not sure what they will respond with.
