xbox live quest for dec

I have already added xbox gold to my home page. Do I need to delete it and add it again to complete this quest?

Quest Task #1: Login in to Mixer for 5 days-[I Logged in to mixer almost every day in Nov}

Quest Task #2: Increase Gamerscore by 400-[ I increased my gamerscore by 1000+ most of which being through the game Sheltered]

Quest Task#3: Download 2 Games with Gold Titles-[I downloaded all 4 Games with Gold]

Quest Reward: 1 Sweepstakes entry and $10 Mystery Gift-[Never received]

*Rewards I know credit on the 15th and the 30th of the following month which is why i waited till now to see if it would credit me on the 30th of Dec;unfortunately it did not. On the 15th of the month I received my game pass quest reward but not the live
one; which I thought was odd since all other months previously I had received both at the same time. Dec 16th I called Xbox support and was instructed to post on the forums here instead.

 

Quest rewards not dropping

I have not been receiving my quest rewards. I have completed 4 quests (Oct., Oct game pass, Nov, and Dec.) And I have only received awards for one of these four quests, despite reading the terms and conditions carefully and exceeding the minimum requirements.

If December's Xbox Quest has a similar requirement, the safest bet would be to remove the Xbox Live block and re-add it back. Hope that helps!

 

Do you get a mystery gift for each of the three quests you complete or do you only get a mystery gift if you complete all three of the quests. For example. If you complete one of the quests will you get a gift or do you have to complete all three?
