Xbox Live quest August 14th-20th didn't count progress.

Hello I have a concern over my progress for August's 14th-27th Xbox live quest.

The quest was to play at least 30 minutes of multiplayer every day. I did so every day and made sure to time every match so it adds up to 30 mins. I did 40 just in case.

Then thing is, it's still at "Halfway there" and never updated after. The second part of the quest updated just fine, which was getting 7 achievements.

I'm just hoping if there is a way to check to see if I really did get the 30+ minutes so I don't get nothing for spending time everyday for this quest. I just really don't want the time I spent everyday to be a waste.

This isn't the first time where I had my progress not count. so if I can please get some assissitant that will be helpful.

Xbox Live Quest August 14th to 27th not counting progress

Hi I am have a concern over my progress during this Xbox live quest.

The quest was to play multiplayer games for 30 minutes a day from the 14th to the 20th. I have done so, made sure to time each multiplayer match from beginning to end and get all 30 minutes. I did 40 minutes just in case.

I did this everyday until the 20th, but when checking the progress page, it says I'm only half way there.

I'm confused to why it never updated but it updated the second part of the challenge, which was get 7 achievements from the 21st to the 27th. I made sure I got the achievements.

Though checking the progress page again today, it now says I am ineligible. I am so confused.

I know I spent the time everyday and I deserve the reward you get for completing the challenges. I really hope I didn't waist my time everyday just for my progress not to count.

This isn't the first time my progress didn't count for a quest and am asking for some help please

Ok so others are having this issue as well. I made this same post a few das ago, it stoped at "1/2 way there" for me too. i'm gonna bump my post because we need answers. I completed the hour a day guest too. It only said that I was "on my way" lol. I also
noticed that nobody has gotten a prize yet from the quest that was over a month ago. So far I've completed the last 3.

I think it says you're ineligible because the quest are over now. lol should have just kept the page up instead of a black screen with a confusing message. They got some noobs in charge of this program lol. It's hella ghetto!!!!
